I have been working on LHN’s Simple Joys for a while. In fact, it had traveled with me to Taiwan and back again, but still not finished yet…… I know, it’s kind of slow… There were just too many distractions!!! But I do enjoy seeing this coming together, the colors are just divine!!!!
I’m a little bit worried, though, cause it looks like I am running low on Bean Sprout. I still have to fill in the grass area and the borders, but only 3 skeins of threads left. It is going to be tight!!!!!
I get one of those e-mail newsletters from the Fat Quarter Shop every month, and I totally fell in love with this month’s feature kit when I saw it!!! It was the Hello Yellow Quilt Kit designed by Vickie of Spun Sugar Quilts~~ Don’t you think it’s beautiful?! This is definitely on my “Must Have” list!!!!
So that’s it for today. Don’t forget to leave a comment on my last post if you would like to enter for my giveaway~~ I’m going to sit in front of the TV and stitch now~
Your Simple Joys is looking great! I think we have the same amount done. I need to take a progress pic. I really think I will run out of Bean Sprout! I only have one length left! I might just make it but not sure.

I am really wanting to get the simple joys chart - It seems it is very popular indeed. I can't wait to see your finish :)
ReplyDeleteYour Simple Joys is looking good. I hope the 3 skeins of Bean Sprout colors are enough to fill up the empty grass area. The Hello Yellow Quilt is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHello, I just realized that you were one of the winners of Jolene's giveaway too. I won the Black Bird Designs Booklet. Great job on Simple Joys. I just found your blog again, I know I've been here before.
